In order to qualify for a return, it's essential that the items remain unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with comprehensive instructions regarding the shipping process. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances. If you happen to receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, it is imperative that you contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can swiftly address the issue.

Please be aware that certain items, including perishables, custom or personal care goods, hazardous materials, and sale items, are not eligible for return. However, we are more than happy to facilitate exchanges, which entail returning the item in question and completing a new purchase.
